Here we will be posting upcoming events, with a special focus on department town halls and meetings concerning DEI issues. E&E-DEI meetings are open to everyone in our department community; we encourage all members of the department to attend at any time. This is intended to be a space where people can share their ideas and/or concerns related to DEI issues in our department, where we expect to work together to build a diverse, equitable, and vibrant scientific community.

If you want to attend a meeting, please read our Code of conduct in advance. Everyone in the meeting should abide by these guidelines.

EE-DEI meetings are held every other Wednesday at 10 AM. We will send emails periodically before the meeting. If you’re interested in attending make sure your email is part of the eeall email list. if you missed a meeting, you can find the minutes of all meetings organized by date here.
